CHIN MENG FESTIVAL

I was busy these last few days because of Red Crescent Society camping at MARDI for three days. I will upload my pictures of the activities later because this week all the teachers in my school are busy with Headcount. This Headcount thing really gives me a HEADACHE.Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I HATE IT, I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to stay back for a few days to finish it on time. I feel I will get sick soon. My partner for the camp was on medical leave yesterday, I also feel that I will be following her footsteps soon. Hopefully no lah… ( May God Bless Me...AMEN )

The grass on top of the grave is cleared once a year.

It was a breezy and cool day.

This Chin Meng festival was celebrated on 4th April. It is festival that we don’t celebrate it by wishing each other. It is a day to remember our ancestors. On this day all the descendants have to offer their prayers to the ancestors who are resting in peace. I went back to my ‘kampung’ at Segamat as early as 5.00 a.m. in the morning because the ritual had to be started by 8 a.m ( auspicious hour: is believed that this hour will bring luck to the descendants). These two photos were taken after we had finished the ritual. I took the photos from afar because to
