A million thanks for being my dear friend
Rushing to help me every time in need
A million thanks again my dear friend

RED CRESCENT SOCIETY CAMPING AT MARDI

On 10th - 12th April, Ms Nuha and I together with 10 students went to MARDI for Red Crescent society camping. I was the camp matron for the camp. As I promised, these were the few photos taken during the camp. It was an enjoyable camp. A lot of first time experience for me; it is the first time I stayed in a camp, it is the first time I had to stay in the middle of a jungle for 3 days and it was the first camping that doesn’t have any camp fire activities at night.

My camping students together with me and En Abdullah. See... how smart looking they are in Red Crescent Society uniform.
The students, Ms Nuha and me. Taking photo early in the morning. This is the look before we take our bath.
This is Ms Nuha. You see... how hardworking and workaholic she is. She was marking her students essay during the camp activities.

The heroes that helped me to set up my camp. Thank you guys!!!

CHIN MENG FESTIVAL

I was busy these last few days because of Red Crescent Society camping at MARDI for three days. I will upload my pictures of the activities later because this week all the teachers in my school are busy with Headcount. This Headcount thing really gives me a HEADACHE.Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I HATE IT, I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to stay back for a few days to finish it on time. I feel I will get sick soon. My partner for the camp was on medical leave yesterday, I also feel that I will be following her footsteps soon. Hopefully no lah… ( May God Bless Me...AMEN )

The grass on top of the grave is cleared once a year.

It was a breezy and cool day.

This Chin Meng festival was celebrated on 4th April. It is festival that we don’t celebrate it by wishing each other. It is a day to remember our ancestors. On this day all the descendants have to offer their prayers to the ancestors who are resting in peace. I went back to my ‘kampung’ at Segamat as early as 5.00 a.m. in the morning because the ritual had to be started by 8 a.m ( auspicious hour: is believed that this hour will bring luck to the descendants). These two photos were taken after we had finished the ritual. I took the photos from afar because to

02.04.2009 ( Thursday )

Today is a busy day for because I will have for straight periods from 7.30 a.m. until 10.10 a.m. I don’t like today’s timetable because I can only have my breakfast after 10.10 a.m. But today, I had my breakfast at 10.30 a.m. as the teacher for the next class went for a course and there’s no relief teacher. I was very fed up because my gastric pain seems going to start. Luckily Pn Hatunnisa came to rescue me, she took over the class so that I can have my breakfast. Later I will have class at 2 Dedikasi. I don’t want to change my PE clothes to formal dress because I was sweaty after PE class just now. Actually today I want to stay for marching practices but I am not feeling well today, a bit dizzy and feel want to vomit. So I will go back early to have a short nap and refresh back my mind and body after a long week tensed up with school work and extra curricular activities. Hopefully all these will be over soon…

01.04.2009 ( Wednesday )

Today I will have class on 8.50 a.m. I am quite free today because I only have two mathematics classes only, but the classes that I am going to have are 2 Efisyen and 2 Dedikasi. Both of the classes need a lot of energy, so it will affect my mood or the whole day.
I just came out from form 2 Efisyen, my mood is totally spoiled. I didn’t scold or penalize them as it will waste my energy only. I really pity on their parents, how will I feel if my own children or siblings are like them? I think I will feel devastated.
Later have to enter 2 Dedikasi, hopefully my mood will improve a little. I pity at my neighbour, Miss Nuha, I will nagging at her about my students and unlimited workload. I am grateful for her kind, attentiveness and patience. You really help me a lot in releasing my stress. Thank you teacher, you are a good friend.
There will be a curriculum audit meeting this evening. So, today Chinese Club society activities are postponed to next week. Thank god! .... today another Teacher Advisor for the society, Mr Low is having meeting at outstation. I can’t control the members of the society alone. There are 70 of them. They are uncooperative and don’t like to participate in the activities especially the boys of upper form. Hmm… nowadays it’s really difficult to become a good teacher. It’s very challenging! If you want to become a teacher, make sure you are well prepared for all this type of students. I think I am not doing well enough for my students especially my temper and my teaching skill. That’s why I want to further my studies in master degree on psychology of education or pedagogy. I really hope that I will find a better approach in teaching the students.
